Jerry Infantino works for Centerplate Food Service as the Executive Chef for all events at First Tennessee Park including games and non-game day events.
Prior to the Sounds, Infantino served as the Executive Chef at the Baltimore Convention Center for five years, where he oversaw over $12 million per year in food & beverage. He also spent four years in Indianapolis as Regional Executive Chef overseeing the NCAA Headquarters, Murat Theater, Lucas Oil Raceway, Klipsch Music Center, White River State Park, and O’Reilly Raceway Park.
Chef Infantino graduated from the Kendall College with a Culinary Arts Degree and is originally from Schaumburg, Illinois. In his free time, he enjoys trying new restaurants, hunting, and hanging out with family and friends. His favorite sports teams are Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago White Sox, and Chicago Bears
