Tenille Arts Returns To The Bachelor

Country Artist Tenille Arts will be performing her single “Somebody Like That” in the upcoming three-hour premiere episode of ABC’s The Bachelor. The episode will feature a special one-on-one date with the musical stylings of Tenille for the newest Bachelor, Peter Weber and his lucky date. This episode is scheduled to air tonight, Monday January 6 , 2020, at 8/7c, on ABC.

Tenille made her first appearance on the show in 2018 singing her original song “Moment of Weakness,” which led to her being signed to Nashville’s Reviver Records. Producers were so taken with her talent, they invited her back to perform “I Hate This” in January of this year. Following the performance, the song hit #1 on the iTunes Canada and U.S. Country Chart, #9 U.S. all-genre chart and propelled her 2017 Rebel Child album to re-enter the iTunes Country Albums chart at #5. “I Hate This” received over two million streams in just four days following the show.

Tenille Arts has had a year of incredible milestones, the most recent of which is hitting the #1 spot on the Radio Disney Top 50 Country Chart three weeks in a row with her “Somebody Like That” single.

She wrote “Somebody Like That” with Alex Kline and Allison Veltz. The three were reflecting on the love they grew up around with their parents and grandparents, a universal love many seek, and The Bachelor producers felt it was a perfect song for the show. The single is her second to hit the top spot on the Radio Disney Top 50 Country Chart. “I Hate This” reached #1 in January of this year. Listen to “Somebody Like That” and view the video HERE .

Tenille recently announced her new album Love, Heartache, & Everything In Between will be released this Friday, January 10, 2020. She wrote two of the songs solo and partnered with the likes of Allison Margaret Cruz, Whitney Duncan, Derek George, Alex Kline, Palmer Lee, Josh Logan, Lizzy McAvoy, James Slater, Grand Vogelfanger and Adam Wheeler on the other 10 cuts. Kline, Vogelfanger and Wheeler, along with Matt Rovey, have production credits on the collection.
