Bagelshop’s New Year, All Year series continues with a special collaboration with Chef Vui Hunt of Vui’s Juice Cafe and Vui’s Kitchen to celebrate Tết, the Vietnamese Lunar New Year. Marking the start of spring, Tết is a time for family reunions, honoring ancestors, and welcoming good fortune. Inspired by Vui’s heritage, the teams created the Bánh Mì—lemongrass marinade glazed chicken topped with spring mix, pickled carrots and daikon, homemade pâté, cucumber, jalapeño, cilantro, and mayo on your choice of bagel—available January 29–31 at Bagelshop.
