Erin Opera Ready To Host CMA Workout Party

Health and fitness guru, trainer to music’s top stars, author and U.S. Marine veteran Erin Opera is set to whip Nashville into red-carpet-ready shape before this year’s CMA Awards, hosting the first ever CMA Brunch & Burn on Saturday, November 10, at the Broadway hotspot Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row. Proceeds from the event will benefit the CMA Foundation and their work to ensure every child has the opportunity to participate in a quality music program.

Joined by Country stars Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd and sponsored by Avia and Fiji Water, CMA Brunch & Burn is a one-hour sweat session for all levels of fitness, with attendees invited to torch calories and build muscle – all while having a great time. Famous for keeping stars like Morris, Hurd, and more in the best shape of their lives, Oprea will share her secrets on how the fittest celebrities stay healthy. Then, following a high-energy workout, the class will cool down and relax with mimosas and brunch served by Whiskey Row’s kitchen.

“I’m honored to be able to give back to CMA Foundation while sharing my love for health and fitness at the same time,” said Erin Oprea. “This workout party is going to be a one-of-a-kind event and I’m super excited to be able to host it with my friends Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd!”

Officially selling out on the first day of ticket sales, the instant-success event is much more than just a great workout and delicious meal. All proceeds will benefit the CMA Foundation and their efforts to improve and sustain music education programs around the nation. As the philanthropic arm to CMA, the foundation’s ongoing efforts have raised and donated more than $21 million.

“Every day, the CMA Foundation is able to drive our mission forward in classrooms across the country because of the generosity of our Country Music and Nashville community,” said Tiffany Kerns, executive director, CMA Foundation. “We are determined to give every child an opportunity to participate in a quality music education and it’s support and commitment from those like Erin, Maren and Ryan that allow us to continue to shape our next generation through music.”

Featuring performances by Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Pistol Annies, Bebe Rexha with Florida Georgia Line and more of your favorite Country-music stars, “The 52nd Annual CMA Awards” airs LIVE from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on Wednesday, November 14 at 8 PM/ET on The ABC Television Network.

Known as “the queen of lean and clean”, Oprea has brought her signature workouts across the country on her CityStrongTour, ACM Workout for a Cause with special guest Kelsea Ballerini and Michelob Ultra Fitness Parties. Spreading the word on how to live a healthy lifestyle by providing at-home workouts, recipes and constant motivation, the fitness-and-health expert’s impactful, calorie-burning workouts have been featured on Good Morning America and E!, as well as top health-and-fitness publications Women’s Health, Self and more.
