Dylan Scott has another bonafide hit on his hands, with “Hooked” officially becoming his second consecutive TOP 10 single at Country radio – and climbing.
Part of the breakout hitmaker’s Dylan Scott Deluxe Edition, the propulsive anthem to love-at-first-sight sits at #9 on Mediabase and #11 on Billboard’s Country Airplay Chart, and is also an organic digital smash, featured on multiple high-profile DSP playlists and commanding 69 MILLION on-demand streams to date. Likewise, the white-hot anthem of desire spent 18 weeks on the Pandora Spins Chart – accounting for more than 53.9 MILLION plays – while its red-hot video has been streamed more than 3 million times on YouTube.
“It is a real honor to once again break into the Top 10 with my single ‘Hooked,’” shares Scott. “When ‘My Girl’ went #1 last summer, I didn’t think life could get much better. However, the current success of this song has reinforced the fact that I am truly living my dream, and I feel more blessed than ever before. I am thankful to Curb Records, Country radio, the entire team that supports me and the fans who pay hard-earned money to see me perform night after night.”
The chart-rising “Hooked” joins Scott’s previous hit single, “My Girl” – which shot all the way to #1 and platinum status in 2017 becoming the #7 most-played Country song of the year and making Scott the year’s #2 most-played new Country artist. But his new blast of success is even more proof that Scott is a superstar in the making. All in all, Scott’s infectious tunes have been streamed more than 454 million times and counting with sales topping 4 MILLION song equivalent sales – and there’s more to come.
Meanwhile, the Louisiana native is on pace to spend over 200 days on the road this year – including a prominent supporting role on Justin Moore’s HELL ON A HIGHWAY TOUR – and will continue his performance schedule through October 27 with a mix of fair, festival and headline dates on tap.
