Jeannie Seely To Host Third Annual Dottie West Birthday Bash

Country music royalty and a fifty-two year member of the Grand Ole Opry, Jeannie Seely is slated to host the star studded third annual Dottie West Birthday Bash on October 9th at 3rd & Lindsley in Nashville. The event supports Nashville Musicians Association with 100% of all money going to the Musician’s Emergency Relief Fund. Doors will open at 6pm and the show starts at 7:30pm. Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here.

For those unable to attend, donations to the Musician’s Emergency Relief Fund can be made here.

In addition to celebrating Dottie’s birthday and honoring her, the event also honors a musician or artist who (like her) has made an indelible impact on country music. The first year the Dottie West Birthday Bash honored Musicians Hall of Fame member and North Carolina Hall of Fame member, Jimmy Capps. Last year the event honored the three Country Music Hall of Fame inductees – Dottie, Ricky Skaggs, and Johnny Gimble. This year the event will honor Grand Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, and the Songwriters Hall of Fame member, Bill Anderson.

The line-up includes Tim Atwood, John Berry, Buddy Cannon, Melanie Cannon, Peter Cooper, Erin Enderlin, Tess Frizzell, Jamey Johnson, Thomm Jutz, Jon Randell, John Schneider, Bobby Tomberlin, Dallas Wayne and Kenna West along with special guests and surprises.
