So, Burger Republic is so awesome, although it didn’t make #1, it did make our list twice. These are perfectly fresh, huge, unique burgers. My personal favorite is The 96 Burger (the name is because of a ranking in the world food championship as highest rated burger). It has bleu cheese blended with the beef, honey-balsamic- glazed mushrooms, onions, bacon and shoestring fries. YES.

9 – The Southern – Sobro
150 3rd Avenue South
Nashville, TN 37201

The southern is typically known for their steak and oysters, but people are loving their burgers. At lunch, a fan favorite is the Southern burger with Bear Creek beef, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno bacon, pimiento cheese and crispy-fried onions.

This is more of a date-night spot, no kiddos on this trip. Village Pub and Beer Garden is 21 and up. They serve local and regional craft beer and delicious black bean burgers for those who aren’t beef eaters.

Yeah, that's a pretzel bun on a black bean burger. Mmm #villagepubnashville

Ever find yourself in the mood for a good ole’ fashioned greasy diner burger? Gabby’s is the bomb. It’s inside a tiny little building with a wide-open grill area. When I went, the owner was cooking too, and he was hilarious. He yelled out that a guy who had a to-go order was the smartest of all of us, because it was kind of busy. In the same breath, he warned a guy with a kid on his shoulders about the fan overhead, for his safety. Nice man and great burgers.

Gabby's -you've never let me down. #eatnashville
